A specialized course for River / Lakes Lifeguards, the Inland Swift Water Lifeguard Training Course aims to equip participants with sound public safety knowledge and lifeguarding responsibilities and attributes of river venues where swift water exists. The course aims to develop competent lifeguards in terms of swift water rescue and lifesaving skills focused on protection, safety and welfare of inland open water clients and other riverine end users. Series of physical fitness program, recreational and endurance in-training competitive activities are introduced to build up confidence level of training participants.
